I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Hoffman Toyota. I worked over the phone with Chris as the primary point of contact for vehicle information and pricing. I would like you to know I was extremely pleased with my interactions with him. He was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions and requests. Over a week or so of phone contacts and pricing negotiation, Chris demonstrated excellent follow-up and attention to detail. We finalized the agreed purchase and vehicle information over the phone in a very efficient process. I was subsequently transitioned to a Sales Associate for final steps.

While we are always comfortable in our dealings with you we find your services to be outstanding. I had such a "WOW" experience yesterday that I need to compliment you.
I had my smart car serviced yesterday and did a very stupid thing...I ignored my gas gage and ran out of gas. Thinking that it might be a servicing problem I called Chris (smart service) and told him that my engine just quit. He asked a few questions and determined that I had run out of gas. He then proceeded to get gas, drive to Manchester, refuel my car, and show me how to start a car that had run out of gas. He even followed me to the station for refueling. Now that is real service!
My son and I love our smart cars and the friendly people who service us and answer our questions.
