* FOR TECHNICIAN REFERRALS, THE FIRST HALF OF THE REFERRAL BONUS WILL BE PAID AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS OF SERVICE. IF THE REFERRED EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE COMPANY AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS AND PRIOR TO ONE (1) YEAR OF SERVICE, THE PERSON MAKING THE REFERRAL WILL NOT GET PAID THE SECOND HALF OF THE REFERRAL BONUS. ALL TECHNICIANS WHO ARE HIRED WILL BE ASSESSED FOR TECHNICAL ABILITY BY THEIR MANAGER.THIS WILL DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF THE BONUS.
Half paid upon employee completing six (6) months of service and half paid upon one (1) year of service. To be eligible for the referral bonus, when asked to apply, the referral must include your name in the application as a referral source.
